West Eastlake Estates – Unit II
ESSCO Group provided design and construction administration services for the West Eastlake Estates – Unit II project, a 21-acre residential development. This project involved the installation of 5,000 linear feet (LF) of 12-inch gravity sewer line and 5,000 LF of 8-inch water line, including 135 sewer and water services.
Key Services Provided:
- Design: Our team meticulously planned and designed the infrastructure required for the residential development, ensuring the efficient layout of sewer and water lines to meet the needs of the community. This included detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Construction Administration: ESSCO managed the construction process, providing oversight and coordination to ensure that the project was completed on time and within budget. Our responsibilities included site inspections, contractor coordination, and ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards
