ESSCO Group successfully completed the installation of approximately 2,400 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch sewer gravity line, 45 private sewer services, and 12 drop manhole connections for the Santiago Bustamante Sanitary Sewer Improvements project.
Key Challenges and Solutions:
- Field Research and Adjustments: The project required extensive field research to accurately assess the existing conditions. Adjustments were made to accommodate excessively sloped service lines, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity of the sewer system.
- Coordination with Residents: Effective communication and coordination with residents were crucial to minimize disruptions. ESSCO's team worked diligently to inform and cooperate with the local community throughout the construction process.
- Utility Coordination: The project demanded meticulous coordination with existing utilities to avoid conflicts and ensure the seamless integration of the new sewer infrastructure.
