Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (Construction and Industrial)

Generate SWP3 for Construction and Industrial Projects to meet EPA, TCEQ and state/local standards

Is your facility discharging stormwater into the waterways? EPA or TCEQ (in Texas) requires that construction sites, industrial facilities, and publicly owned and operated storm sewers obtain stormwater permits to maintain overall water/groundwater quality. For construction projects with an area larger than one acre, contractors are required to have a plan that outlines the steps to prevent contamination of stormwater that may leave the project site. Such plans must detail erosion control measures, staging areas, and dedicated construction entrances among other variables. Projects larger than 5 acres require the TCEQ or EPA to be notified and a Notice of Intent (NOI) to be filled out and submitted online.
